o15 min Interval Power Walking, levels 2.5/5.0 & 5.0/7.0.

Good session....

Chilli Con Carne (1.5 Syn's) & Boiled Rice.

2200 Late Night Snack:
Apple, Orange, Yoghurt & Mug Shot.
