Chicken & Ham Pasta Salad with Dressing (2 Syn's).

1730 Pre-Gym Snack:

Apple, Banana & Diet Energy Drink.

1800 Gym Time:

1 hr weight based toning.
30 min cross trainer.

2030 Dinner:

Jacket Potato, 3 egg Omellete with onion & mushroom, 2 Chicken Burger's (1 Syn) & Baked Beans.

2130 Snack:

Yoghurt & Banana.

1230 Lunch:

Jacket Pots, Bacon & Chicken Mayo (1 Syn) & Salad with Salad Cream (1 Syn).

1600 Pre-Gym Snack:

Apple, Banana, Yoghurt & Diet Energy Drink.

1715 Gym Time:

1 hr weight based toning.
15 min Treadmill....(Pulled Calf Muscle, Ouch)

1930 Dinner:

Cod, Potatoes & Veg.

2100 Pool Snack:

Food (4 Syn's)

2330 Late Snack:

Orange, Apple & Yoghurt.

2000 Fasting Blood Test @ 0800 tomorrow so no late night snacks for me...

Oh Yeah & Forgot to say two days off plan tomorrow & Saturday....Mainly Alcohol!!

0845 Breakfast:

Apple, Banana, 2 Plums & Yoghurt with Sauce (1.5 Syn's)

Went to the shop to buy a fatty breakfast sandwich, crisps, etc but couldn't do it....
Even on 2 Days Off I can't go majorly off plan :)!!

1230 Lunch:

Cheese (HE A), Onion, Mushroom Omellete with new potatoes & salad with salad cream (1 Syn)

1730 Dinner:

Pasta, Chicken & WW Sauce (3.5 Syn's)

1930 Start of evening out,

10 Vodka & Diet Lemonades (40 Syn's)

3 Pints of lager (24 Syn's)

Food (20 Syn's) (Estimated)

A good evening had by all....just tomorrow to go then back on plan come Sunday!!

After a gain of 4lb last week, I lost that 4lb with an additional 5.5lb....Boom!!
Weekly Loss: 9.5lb.
Total Loss: 74lb or 5st 4lb....:D

1900 Dinner:

Prawn Stir Fry with Beansprouts & noodles.

Daily Syn's: 2/15

Weekly Syn's: 51.5/105
