A 2.5lb loss....Happy With That!!

I did enjoy....but have that guilt feeling now!!

So glad i'm not the only one that has this. i feel so guilty after i've had a day off. i feel bad if i go over 7 syns too. feel like i've mucked the week up. need to get over it though as i'm starting to feel deprived now!!x
