I aim for an average of 7-10 Syn's per day & this gives me all the additional sauces I want, selected desserts & options hot choc.

It may be beneficial if you look at your syn's like I do, daily & weekly. That way you can have a high Syn Meal (weigh in evening) & pull back the syn's over the week.

For SW to work long term you must learn that one bad meal/day doesn't mean a bad week.

A "Cheat" (high syn) meal every week may help you stay on track long term. (Just stay in control)

Prawn Stir-Fry, Beansprouts & Noodles.
Rocket Sour Ice Lolly (2 Syn's).

2130 Pool Snack:
Food (5 Syn's).

2300 Snack:
Apple, Banana, Orange, Yoghurt & Hot Choc (1.5 Syn's).

Daily Syn's: 8.5/15
