BIG suprise!

Yesterday it was my birthday, didnt have a bad day my lovely partner had many surprises ready for me when I woke. But today she decided to take me clothes shopping and now I can officially say I am a size Medium! I am so suprised as before starting this diet I was Extra Large! - I am a very happy chappy! - A much wider range of clothes to choose from now

What a great birthday this had been -£150 on clothes

seriously this diet seems like a miracle worker at times. a tough miracle worker but still... the results are so speedy it makes it all worth it.
