Bigfatmess to um slighlythinnermess.

Scales showing a 1lb loss so far this week. Gutted. I know better a lb off than on but still? I could eat 3 meals a day on WW and lose more than that.
 
So I fell off the wagon massively at the weekend. And of course it was a bank holiday as well so the binge lasted longer. Back on it today with renewed vigour but will be having a planned break on Sunday so I can have a bit of birthday cake with my daughter. 4lb gained over the weekend to lose again. Sigh. I'm such a self sabotager.
