I do prefer the American version, as I really like the trainers and the weight loss is impressive- 16 pounds in a week etc. The transformations are amazing.

but they do it for much longer dont they , I read somewhere is was 9 months
but the uk version is only 14 weeks I think

Yes, the American one does go on for longer.

Actually quite like the program, incredible amount of Excercise they get through though, makes me tired just watching!

Yes im not sure how realistic it would be in the real world

I though Jessie looked amazing , thought Sarah would lose more to be honest , but they all looked great

I didint want the guy to win , he was mean to Sarah and even his niece , and a bit of a spoilt brat , but youve got to admire anybody that can lose 13 stone wow!!

I find it a little hard to believe that Jessie lost 8 stone in 5 months by just diet and exercise....I think she might have had a little help from a vlcd!

she said she was running every day , 5 to 10 k , so its absolutely possible in my opinion

I dont think you would have the energy to do that healthily on a vlcd
