Has anyone ever tried this vitamin? I have just started taking it as it claims to grow hair and nails but have just read up abs it has so many other benefits I have seen loads of good reviews but just wandered If any of you minimins have tried it?

Not for me but for our young horses to promote strong, healthy hooves, coat and skin.

It appeared to work as they all look brilliant and have hard as nails hooves.

If I needed it I would take it.

I heard animals can take it to I just have short nails that always break and thought I'd give it a go
