Bit disappointed

Had my second weigh in and this month I've only lost 5.5lbs :( my doctor was really pleased because she thinks its better to lose slowly and keep it off but I was hoping to have lost more. Better work extra hard this month as I want to get below 14 stone!

Well done frankly!! Thats a great loss!!

I'm coming out at 6lbs a month now, but don't worry about others losing a lot more in their first couple of months (me included) this could be, and was in my case, because I had gone from uncontrollable, possibly even compulsive eating to a low fat healthy diet overnight, and I think my early losses were down to sheer shock!!

Steady weightloss is easier to keep off, and your 5.5lb is a good healthy weightloss for a month! Well done again!!

Thank you,my son just put it into perspective.He took a half pound block of lard out of the fridge and told me I'd lost ten of those! Looking at it that way,it looked loads! Thanks for your support,it really is appreciated.
