Im just coming to end of week 4 now, i have lost 8lbs in first week, 6 lbs in my second week and 4lbs inmy third week. I have weighed myself tonight and official weigh in is tomorrow and it appears i have only lost a 1lb. Is this normal in week 4 and feeling pretty down about it, im due on the end of this week so i know that can affect it but worried if this week i have only lost a pound and next week is add a meal week im hardly going to lose anything and i have only 6 weeks till i go on holiday and need to lose at least another stone if possible. Can anyone share their weekly losses to see if its just me or not? Im also starting to get bored with soups and shakes so think thats affecting me. I have not cheated once so i dont want to now.
