Well got a notepad I found in my bedroom so going to jot every bit of food I eat then upload it onto here and SW website xx find when I keep a diary I do better :D

Hello folks :D Im back to report & from now on I will (I promise lol)

Have done a huge amount of body magic today which is good considering I had a fry up from café that had a few high synned bits in it lol But have decided I will start properly tomorrow plus had a SW friendly meal for tea so only one meal off plan :D

Todays food

Breakfast - Fry up :(

Lunch - Nothing

Tea - Bolognese with spaghetti

Snacks - crabsticks x 3

Drinks - Tea, no added sugar orange, No added sugar cherry cola, glass of milk (hexa)
 
Well as promised I'm here again with my food diary lol xx have literally jotted everything I've eaten on a notepad as I've eaten it xx
So todays been relaxed and good food wise. Only had small amount of housework to do so that was a bonus lol

Breakfast - Porridge (hexa & b) with 2 tsps of choc spread (3 syns)

Lunch - 3x seafood sticks, small bunch of grapes, mullerlight orange with dark sprinkles

Tea - Pulled BBQ Gammon (off SW website), SW chips & side salad

Snacks - Pear, mullerlight sublime strawberry greek style yoghurt (0.5 syns)

Drinks - Tea, no added sugar squash, options belgium choc brownie (2.5 syns)

Total syns - 6 :)

Overall pleased with today and glad to be finally back on it 100%
 
Well feeling really motivated this week and can feel it in my clothes :D Another good day so here goes......

Breakfast - 2 slices of 400g wholemeal bread (hexb) with 2 tsps. chocolate spread (3 syns)

Lunch - Breakfast muffins (ham, baked beans & an egg) x 3

Tea - Creamy Mushroom & tomato pasta (off SW website)

Snacks - after Tea: fromage frais mixed with an Belgium choc brownie option (2.5 syns) and some grapes.

Drinks - Lots of teA (hexa), no added sugar squash

Total syns = 5.5 woohooo!!!!
 
Well done on being back on plan!
I write everything down in a note book too, easier to keep track :D
Good on the clothes feeling looser too

Cheers xx is such a good feeling being on it 100% instead of trying to pull it back like i have been doing since xmas xx dont get me wrong ive eaten healthy but the odd wrong meal or day lol xx
Just in a dilemma of what to have for breakfast xx
