Just wondering if Cold n Flu tablets can be taken whilst on this diet?

Woken up with a really nasty cold and its making me feel awfulll!

I know I can take paracetamol but need some cold n flu to help it go I think, otherwise I'm going to be struggling with my water intake over the next few days

I've heard u can take day nurse/night nurse? I'd check it out tho. Hope ur soon feeling better x

Thank you yeye, I haven't taken anything just hoping it will go on its own! I had a cup of tea with a dash of skimmed milk in though as I can't drink it black and although milk isn't allowed it was like heaven not made me feel slightly better! Just hoping it won't have done much damage got to go for a weigh in tomorrow, 2 days early as I'm in work training next week, so I suppose I'll find out then haha. Also I'd like to thank you for your support so far, you're so lovely x
