i snuck on the scales this morning as have been a bit worried about the scales not moving last wednesday.

anyway they are showing a 7lb loss!! this isnt official weigh-in obviosuly, but if ym CDC scales come back with that amount lost on wednesday morning or more, then i will be very very very very
