Shake for breakfast, bar throughout the day and a shake in the evening. Wasn't hungry last night it was a psychological craving. Going to try hard to stay busy and around my family tonight. They know all about the diet and are really supportive. Lost lots in the first week so I know it will work. Just need to stay strong! x

Thanks. Really helps to talk about it. Stops it all running around my head! Going to do this. Holiday in 9 weeks and my clothes will fit me otherwise ill be looking for nudist resorts!
