i had banana shake in the morning then a strawberry shake pm, chicken jus now and loads of water. my cdc says not to have bars so never had. im on ssplus 200cal meal
yeah she measured me on the first day. ive been on the diet for 9days it didnt go well at first but i started properly today. im trying to do 4shakes but never happened, ended up eating chicken just a while ago.
You need the nutrients in all 3 shakes and the meal. If you don't get the nutrients your body will go into famine mode. Its simply not enough calories.
Please don't be tempted to miss shakes. The diet is designed for you to have all 3 so your weight loss can continue safely.
I have had clients omit shakes and their weight loss has stopped.
