blow out

    Hi i'm new,
    I've been doing lighterlife for 6 months now and lost 82 pounds! I went on to RTM and in the first week absolutely went mad, ate like i never have bofore, binged on anything i could find!!
    I followed the plan to the letter and don't understand why i just couldn't follow the RTM as i did foundation etc.I'm worried i'm not going to be able to maintain the loss.
    I've gone back to abstinence this week to lose the weight i put back on! and hope to start RTM next week. Has anybody else done this? i'm hoping it's just a blip.

    firstly welcome to the board
    secondly well done on your 82lb loss

    i had times on RTm when i went off plan - but now 3 weeks into management i have calmed down. i 'needed' to test myself after all the time on abstinence

    don't let it set you back
    next time you start RTM do it properly - you don't need to go off plan now, you've been there, done that!

    Thank you for the support, i feel more confident about starting RTM again! i it's nice to know it wasn't just me:)

    Learn from your mistakes and use that experience to make you stronger next time you are in a similar position.
