Blowout Help


First of all hello to everyone, been reading the forum for a while now but this is my first post.

I started the Attack phase last Wednesday and had lost 6lb until Sunday - when my sister had her 30th Birthday party as you can imagine I let my guard slip a bit and had some wine, lager and most annoyingly cake and then a few Cadbury's Roses.

Weighed myself yesterday and no change so was quite happy, but today when I've weighed myself I've now put on 2lb. Am I going to be able to continue the attack phase or should I wait a while and start from scratch again. I know I shouldn't have drunk or eaten cake but it happened :(

You'd probably get better advice form someone else.. but I would just carry on attack for how ever many days you were supposed to (max 10..) rather than go back to eating normal & putting more on :)

Don't worry about the little slip up! We all have them..! I just had a "blow-out" weekend, but you just gotta get back into the swing of things and as many people have said on here leave it behind you...

I was really chuffed that I'd not put any on yesterday but today really made me feel pretty downbeat. Still since Sunday I've been good, so hopefully tomorrow will be better.

Get back on Attack for a day or two to undo the blowout, I'm in the same position Bish, these things happen sometimes but it's best to just put them behind you straight away!
