hiya, didnt go...just havnt the money right now..and ive got horrible cold n tonsillitus..really dont feel like eating anything ...lol...but im gunna make some soup up and try to eat that.....trying to stay on track when your ill is harder than i thought lol..i try not to gve in to illness but ive been running all over place this week....and will be tomorrow..think its coaught up with me..i feel like death lol..

anyhoo hows it going with you? x
 
Sorry you've been having a rubbish time Blufizz... I am the same. I have been trying to think about my attitude other times I have lost weight. I think it is just determination and an end goal. Maybe positivity? I don't know.

Why is it so bloody hard?! This diet isn't even hard I don't think! x
 
had all but given up..then my consultant texted me....its too easy to wallow in self pity lol...im not the only one to ever find it hard or to have probs in life...the alternative to not carrying on and getting to a healthy weight...well really isnt worth contemplating!

Soo cold or no cold....feeling miserable or not ive got to carry on..summers looming and i want to be enjoying it as a happy/healthy mum/grandmum!!! :D

(ive got nasty cold so jsut dont feel like eating and cant really taste anything so my food diary will prob look like im not really eating...but i am trying lol)

feel sooo ill...sposed to be geting better not worse.....

breakfast-..ughhhhh........
tried to eat two weetabix but might as well have been eating mud...the texture
without the taste was quite gross lol...

usually have my boring old toast/beans/egg/mush etc but whats the point in eating something if you cant taste it and it makes you feel sick?

lunch-?????
might try some spicy rice...maybe il be able to taste that lol

lunch- well ended up having 2x bread with dailylea and sliced tomatoes...my brain really struggled to make sense of the textures and my taste buds got a big fat zero lol...strangest thing ever!

dinner-dont hold your breath lol

didnt have dinner last night...just couldnt face anything so just had a hi lite...

breakfast-
brain telling me it was something mushy and slimy on something rough!....
eyes told me it was-
beans n egg on toast(he b) :confused:
could almost taste the hot sauce.(2 sins?)...or maybe i imagined it lol...

now feel quite sick and dont want to think whats for lunch etc...

WEDNESDAY 17TH MARCH 2010

4 weeks since last weigh in...i think lol

weighed in at 7.30pm....gained 4 lbs but its not the end of the world...:)
before joining sw id've prob put on a stone over a 4 week period!
Ive still managed to loose 35.5 lbs!

really dont like
evening weigh-ins cos i always weigh heavier and sometimes more than just the odd lb heavier...but morning class isnt enjoyable anymore...might ask if i can wi in morning but go to class in evening lol

Still not well and not really eating as much as i could but back on plan with no extra sins etc.

breakfast-
yog and banana

hi-lite (2 sins)

lunch-
scrambled egg on toast (he b)

dinner-
bowl of home made spicy lentil and
carrot soup
1tbsp low fat creme fraiche (2 sins?)

just what else is going to give way on me!

dentist tomorrow and not looking forward to it :cry:

and thanks for the comment ...i sometimes forget others can read all my ramblings hahaha

im just but frstrated cos i know im not eating enough...and thought all my snense of taste would have come back by now :sigh: (which i supect is the main reason im not hungry)

the gain doesnt bother me that much..but idve liked to have had a really good week lol..but then ive not weighed in yet have i lol..
