    hey
maybe you just pushed yourself to hard or perhaps you left to long between shakes?, im not really sure but if it continues then you should speak to your pharmisist to be on the safe side x x x

I think your body could be telling you that the spinning is a bit too much for you whilst on 450 calories a day. I have just started going to the gym but keep cardio to a minimum so as not to go into minus calories per day.

I had blurry eyesight during my first few weeks on LT but it wasn't connected to exercise (as I didn't do any then!), I started to use eyedrops to keep them well 'moisturised' and the problem disappeared.

    Hope this helps... x

Sam thing happened to me wen i missed my shakes and it gave me a wake up call, its soo important to do this diet right, its hard enough without starving ourselves further.

    Hi
i go to spinning classes 3 times a week and never had that,it probably is related to you not having all your shakes, make sure you drink them regularly especially before something so high impact as spinning.x

the Lipotrim website says women can lose a stone in a month (and if it's you're first month, you'll probably lose a bit more) good luck!

I was told by my pharmacy not to do any exercise at all, she even told me to limit the amount of times I walked to work and back, tbh honest tho' I dont think I would have managed any exercise.
