Looking back at my LT journey, I think the most important thing I did was to decide at the start that I would stick to the diet untill I reached goal and that I would not cheat. Having made that commitment at the start (and of course the weekly weight loss) was what kept me motivated throughout.
This has been the easiest diet ever. I only had the soup, flapjacks and water. I have never been that keen on tea and coffee so I only drank water, either hot or cold. I did not add any spices to the soup and made no attempt to make them more tasty or interesting. I now find both the soup and flapjacks quite tasty.

I got 1 more week of soup/flapjacks yesterday and when I have finished those I will start refeed. Now theres a terrifying thought!!!!
