why are BMI readings not all the same?? ive been onto the NHS bmi link and the link on here and the readout at sw and non are the same confused yes i am a bit!!!

If you are inputting the same information they should be the same - may be down to 'rounding' errors I guess. Some may have rounded decimals up and others down. Are they very different?

emm i can see what your saying i think i might be sticking with the ones at group..they are the ones ive set my fianl PAT by

Some build in your gender (and possibly also age) while others do it just on height and weight - so this may account for the difference

you might just have it there hun, the nhs bmi asks for age height and dob

The age and gender is probably quite important as it will have some bearing on weight of bones.
