Excersise definitely makes you feel better in the heart and lungs department!!! Its the whole package we are aiming to improve ;)
 
I know, you are right, I suppose I might feel a bit more like exercising when I've lost a few more pounds .
 
Janey, you can start off with a gentle walk once or twice a week. I find if I think "Right, I'm going to do this every day this week" etc then I fail then think "Sod it!". Best to build up slowly. You'll notice getting fitter quite quickly, and the speedier weight loss will spur you on.
 
that's the whole point of body magic, to start with3 x 15 minutes of exercise, even walking, then build upto more to get your silver, say 5 times a week and so on......as for the sticker etc my consultant is pretty rubbish at that stuff, she is leaving in a couple of weeks and doesn't seem bothered, I haven't even got my club 10, which i should have had last week!!!!:eek:
 
COME ON CONSULTANTS get your slimmers motivated!!! ;) Im going to ask for mine on Tuesday, lol xxx
