Can someone please point me in the right direction of Body Magic guidelines?? i.e.how muc exercise you have to do, what sort etc etc.

Sorry if this is cheeky but I have had a quick search and can't see it anywhere and literally get about 30 mins on the PC a day!

Hiya! As far as I know it as follows:

Bronze - 3 x 15 mins a week
Silver - 3 x 30 mins a week
Gold - 6 x 30 mins a week

You can do any exercise, walking, gym, classes, whatever you prefer.

To get bronze you need to stick at it 4 weeks, silver I think is 8 weeks as is gold (not definitely sure though).

I go to a Bootcamp class 3 times a week for an hour and a quarter each time.

So in 4 weeks does does that mean I will have my bronze then in 8 weeks Silver??

No you can go straight in at silver which means in the 8 weeks you'll get bronze & silver awards.

3 x 1hour sessions is the same as 6 x 30mins so that could also count as gold, my consultants says with gold they recommend 6 sessions over 6 days but if you prefer it in 1 hour sessions thats ok, as you're still doing the time needed for gold! (if that makes sense!)
