body magic

can someone please tell me how i get the body magic cert's in class (know the bronze silver ones etc)

ive only joined class and forgot to ask my consultant lol

There should be a little booklet in your pack which explains what you need to do for each award.
You don't need to prove anything to the consultant, but there are fit logs in the pack for you to fill in (if you wish).
Just tell your consultant each week that you have done another week towards the award and you'll get it given to you when you complete.
