Hi All,
Long time reader, first time poster
I did SW a while ago and lost nearly 2 stones, but when I went back to uni I put on about 1 stone :cry:
Now I'm at work I'd like to finally get to my target weight. I lost 7lbs on Atkins (which made me VERY ill ) but I started SW online a couple of weeks ago.
I don't really understand the new EE diet - I miss the weekly meetings with my consultant, but I've signed up for 3 months online.
What are you all eating in the day? I still find it weird mixing green and red together
