    Hello

Just wanted to know how many points i am going to earn for doing an hours BodyPump class tonight?

Although its not a typical aerobic class.... it makes you blooming sweat!!

Its a static weights class, i have been doing it now since last Easter and i'm up to quite heavy weights, so i get a good workout (Heart rate is high throughout).

They say that the more lean weight(Muscle) you have the more calories you need to sustain your day to day activities :p

Also, what about an hours spinning class? Again its a static bike class to music with resistance and speen - another calorie killer!

    Thanks in advance!

Hi - I would class both of them as pretty high intensity - they are killers....

I admire you for doing the whole hour!!!

    HA HA HA Yeh!
The chest is a killer this time, but much prefer the tricep track, no bench apart from the tricep bech presses!

I used to give myself 2.5 points for bodypump and 7 for spinning (based on my height and weight).
