Just wanted to know how many points i am going to earn for doing an hours BodyPump class tonight?
Although its not a typical aerobic class.... it makes you blooming sweat!!
Its a static weights class, i have been doing it now since last Easter and i'm up to quite heavy weights, so i get a good workout (Heart rate is high throughout).
They say that the more lean weight(Muscle) you have the more calories you need to sustain your day to day activities
Also, what about an hours spinning class? Again its a static bike class to music with resistance and speen - another calorie killer!
