Boiling Water

have been putting this in my soup, and i did last night when i made hot choc...

now i have been putting in a bit of cold water first to mix... but have i seriously f***ed up doing this???

does boiling water take you out of ketosis?

(sorry i know i am an absolute pain)

Boiling water wont take you out of ketosis, but it can destroy some of the vits and minerals.

Just cool it a little from now on (I used to add a little cold water to the kettle after boiling).
