I know from past experience that gains are so disheartening... But just think that it is only a pound! That could be a pound of water. You've done so well, and I just love your resolve to lose more for next week. Excellent!

I know, been a bit naughty this week! Dunno how I got away with it but I lost 4lb!

Really happy, especially as that's my first stone gone! :D

Tries some chips from an Actifry this week at class and they were lush, deffo worth thinking about saving up for one!

Regards to the actifry, i've not actually tried any yet but always wanted one but are a tad pricey... what else can you do in them other than chips?? Think i may have to invest soon... Hmmm.. xxx

Apparently you can cook alsorts of stuff in them, anything from chilli to pudding! Although my consultant said she only ever uses hers for chips and still thinks it's the best thing she ever bought!

Ooops not kept this up at all! Had a mentally busy weekend as I worked overtime on Saturday and was out visiting family on Sunday but I have stuck to plan.

Saturday consisted of fruit for breakfast at work (was in from 7), an Ommlette when I got home and Steak and SW Chips for supper.

Had a pub lunch yesterday with the fella's family but managed to order a Chicken salad for my main and a plain fruit salad for pudding which I enjoyed despite everyone else having Chocolate Indulgences and Profitteroles!

Today has been/will be:

Crayfish and Mango Salad with Rice.
