Ooops I disparood! I put on a pound last wek and it's weigh in tonight so I will be back on with this as of then! *is naughty*
 
2lbs off at WI yesterday and I'm going to aim for 2 and a half next week to get my 1 and a half stone. I said in class that I was going to be good and start doing this again so here goes!

I will be having a chinese round at my friend's but will be doing damage limitation and aiming for a 6 syn Chicken Dish with Boiled Rice.

There will also be Vodka and Diet Cokes but I am going to try and keep it to 4. That way over the week I won't be over my syns :D

20/02/11 - I ended up having spicy schezuan chicken and boiled rice and 4 tiny shots (probably the equivelent of 2 real shots) of JD with lots of diet coke so I am estimating 13 syns for the whole lot :D

I seem to be on track to hit my mini target of losing 2 stone by the time I go to Bruges (31 March) fingers crossed!

Gotta get back on with this, weight loss has slowed down and the 2 stone before Bruges is looking highly unlikely. Been naughty and let this slip which isn't helping but came back from class today with a new sense of determination! I have 5.5lbs to lose in 2 weeks and if I can't do it I'm going to get as near as possible!

Life may be a bit mental between working, studying, house hunting, exercising and this but I will get my head round it lol :)

Plus I have vowwed to up my water intake as the girls in class swear by it, so from now on I will also include water intake in my diary.
