I am guessing ''weeklies'' are similar to SWs ''syns''... I actually find if I have a moderate amount of syns everyday I lose more than when I try have not so many ..it's mad !

Yeah they are pretty much the same theory. I was the same on both SW and WW, the closer I got to the magical 15 syns or 49 weeklies, the better I did. =P
3lb off this week, although not sure who to thank for that...WW, JUDDD, or a case of "tummy trouble"! I'm within half a pound of where I got to last time I tried dieting seriously, so a mini-goal is in sight!
Well, looks like it's back on it this week...I've lost 3.75lbs this week. Not sure if it counts as 4:3 or not since I'm still a bit up from a fortnight ago, but yay anyway!
