    Thursday 15th April

    B - Chocolate shake.
    S - Cheese & Chive pretzels.
    L - Strawberry Shake
    D - Ready meal lasagne with salad (500 cals approx)
    S - Peanut bar

    Friday 16th April

    B - Vanilla shake - YUCK
    S - Banana
    L - Strawberry shake
    S - Cheese & Chive pretzels
    D - Chicken Korma & Rice ready meal with salad.

    Saturday 17th April

    B - Strawberry shake
    L - Strawberry shake
    S - Banana
    S - Cheese & Chive Pretzels
    D - Sweet chilli chicken noodles with salad
    S - Peanut bar

    So far so good. If anyone has any tips or advice I am really happy to hear :)
