    Hiya;
    Has anyone read any good books:read: about overeating, I mean ones that help you examine why you overeat in the first place, the emotional side of things? :cry:

    First time on the diet I came off it without moving up the steps - as far as I was concerned I'd made it, I was finished.:happy096: As a result I don't think I ever really addressed why I got fat in the first place. I ended up putting 2st back on:party0051: (which I'm working hard to get rid of) and I don't want to make the same mistake again:nono:. So I figured if I could read up on what makes people overeat I could address the problem. :psiholog:

    Trouble is there's so many books out there I don't know where to start... which brings me to this post. I hope someone can help!:help2:

    I've read the sample chapter from this book online and it looks fab! Laura Croft was talking about books, I think she does alot of reading, so maybe worth asking her!
