is going to be cajun chicken and mixed veg

350ml skimmed milk
2 slices low low cheese
Oats so simple original porridge
2 Alpen Light Bars

Out tonight but not drinking so hopefully I'll be ok, if someone could look at this and tell me what you think, thanks xx Boo xx
