Bostik's Finally Doing It :)

Got through the day in the end. Just a few cals over cos I had a plum so not too fussed about that. Tomorrow evening I am going to the gym for the first time in ages. Going to try Week 1 Day 1 of Couch to 5k! Totally nervous as I don't even know if I remember how to run, forget on a treadmill! Really hope the gym is quiet so it's not extra embarrassing! I WILL start tomorrow though :D

Also gonna order the 30 Day Shred DVD and weights tomorrow hopefully. Get my butt into gear!
 
Good luck!! I will try and start today too. My legs feel like jelly from all my walking yesterday, but when i take pup out I will see if i can manage it.
 
Me and a friend are about to start the 30 Day Shred, do you fancy starting at the same time as us and we can try and keep each other going?

Hey. Im ordering that today so will join you guys soon :) not doing it every day though. Three times a week hopefully. So got three days doing c25k and three doing shred and then one off. Ambitious but im going for it!
 
I've been thinking about it, might do shred every day. Will get better results that way I guess? See how much it takes out of me when I start it. It's just my arms I hate. I can get into size 16 dresses fine...as long as they are sleeveless. My arms are still ridiculously huge. So are my thighs, but my arms bother me more and I just want to see some improvement!

Going to the gym once I am ready. Couch 2 5K, here I come!!
 
I bloody did it! Im ecstatic lol. I started running the first one minute run and was like **** im actually doing it! And next thing i know im halfway through! And then i was cooling down! Was fab :D

Gonna track it here so here goes:
Week 1, Day 1 - 2.3km
Walk - 4.5
Run - 6

Yaay!

Its a brilliant feeling when you finish each workout, like u have achieved something each time u run.
Be careful not to overdo it with c25k and shred though, both are challenging programmes, but do get results.
Hope your appointment goes ok and they can finally find out what is wrong.
 
Look at you, Miss Motivated! I'm with Shazzabir, be careful that you don't do too much. Maybe just do the shred on days that you're not doing C25K?
 
Thanks everyone! Yeah. Ill try the shred when i get it. See how painful it is first before i decide!

Going tgi fridays today. Just gonna eat and drink what i want cos not been in ages and i love all their high calorie gorgeous food! And i totally need to get drunk haha :D
 
Hope you had a good time last night, and you're not hanging too badly!! - I'm going out for chinese on friday and to be honest i am dreading it! I just don't know what to chose at all!
 
Oh yesterday and today are a total write off! Hardly ate anything yesterday, but what I did eat had ridiculous calories in it haha. And I drank soooooo much. And after TGI's we ended up at the casino. Not been since my last birthday cos I try to only go once a year now cos I get too addicted. Anyway this cute dealer who's worked there for years seen us and he's like wow you've lost so much weight! And he even came and sat with me on his break and followed us outside when we went for a fag! Now I could have just been extremely drunk and got the signs wrong, but I don't think so haha.

Also this guy who was playing blackjack on the same table as me bought me a drink. I'm proper not used to the attention haha. And I probably shouldn't have drank it cos I started losing after that lol. I was like 200 quid up until then! Then I started making bad decisions and broke even by the end of the night I think :(

Pretty hungover this morning. Stayed at my sisters in town so on the way home I ended up being drawn into mcdonalds. Have probably just eaten my whole days calories in that! So starting again tomorrow! Probably a gain this week, but it was so worth it :D

Was gonna go c25k today but my legs have been aching all day. Can barely walk round the hours forget run! Hopefully feel better tomorrow :)

Firstly, went to the hospital for my appointment today. Got an endoscopy booked for the wednesday before christmas :( not looking forward to it but it is needed I guess!

Secondly, I did c25k week 1 day 2 tonight! Did the runs a little faster too so was harder today. But I got through it! So pleased!

Week 1, Day 2 - 2.44km
Walk - 4.5
Run - 6.5 :D
