anyone heard of bowka? What is it? My old dance teacher is running zumba and bowka classes and I'm starting tomorrow for zumba...

Bokwa is a fun aerobic dance-type workout with the movements based on alphabets or numbers. You can have a look at some videos on YouTube.
I went a few months back and would like to restart.

well i loved it but not sure how it forms numbers more fun than zumba
