Boxercise

Love love love boxercise I would do it more often if I could although my personal trainer incorporates it into most of our sessions...fab cardio workout!
 
It's not my thing, but it's very popular at my gym.
 
It sure does burn the calories as it is high intensity if you put all your weight behind the boxing and keep it fast...it is usually circuits based too which is excellent for fat burning...can be tiring on the arms and shoulders your first few times, but it does the trick and it is fun!

Especially if the instructor is dishy and/or you get partnered with them and have an ACE session!!!
 
I absolutely LOVE boxercise. I do feel like I'm going to puke a couple of times throughout but deffo feel on a high afterwards. Its good for toning arms up as well!

Take a big bottle of water with you and drink small amounts regularly through out!
