Brain training

I'm restarting for the god-knows-how manyth time.;)

I'm determined to make it work this time.

I've isolated why I over eat (comfort, boredom etc), but how do you retrain your brain?

Last night I was absolutely convinced I was hungry, but my stomach felt full.:hmm:

So, how do you get round it?
Will my brain eventually 'learn' to listen to my body, or is there something I should be doing??

Help!

been there many a time, I used to drink a glass of water, that helped.

I read a study once that said many people are suffering from dehydration but the body and brain interpreted that as hunger. I'll see if I can find the link.
