hey guys, have my box of new shakes, was just wondering if anyone has ever taken BRAN to help with extra dietry fibre.. I'm not sure what the nutritional values for a table spoon is, hoping someone can help..?

And while I'm here has anyone tried plain egg Whites blended in your shakes after a trip to the gym or general exercise for help with muscle growth... hoping someone can help..?

sorry Marie can't help but i would expect the bran to take you out of ketosis

Bran would take you out of ketosis, flax seed is a better option for fibre and if your only using it for regularity then Dulcoese will do the trick as all other nutrients are in your packs

thanks girls for the info.. will try those ideas, Just got so use to taking bran in the morning in a yougart. said I mite as well use it.. but if its gonna knock me out of ketosis.. I won't
