brand new to minimins

hey everyone!

i joined slimming world on the 23rd September and had my 5th weigh in last night.

im a third year student, so have piled on the pounds from two years of binge drinking, takeaways and lack of sleep! finally getting round to doing something about it, my final target is 10 stone and i have a little personal target of 12 stone by my 21st birthday on 12th december!

it has been hard watching my housemates devour takeaways and staying in while they go out, i have been out about once a week since joining SW so not to alienate myself! i feel a hundred times better already.

here is my journey so far:

23/09/09 (first weigh in): 14.5
30/09/09: -3.5
07/10/09: -2
14/10/09: -5
21/10/09: +1
28/10/09: -3.5

i am very proud of myself and hope to continue, the slip up on 21/10/09 got me down a little bit but was easily rectified!

so i just wanted to say hi to everyone and from what i have seen of the site so far, great stuff!

I piled on the pounds at Uni for the same reasons, I'm on WW now, well done for the weight loss so far!
