    Hi all,

my hubby is doing slimming world too (loosley!!) as he needs to lose more than me so im really keen for him to do it and he is co-operating to an extent but yesterday he asked me how many syns hed had and it was approx 25!! and its because of the bread, he WILL NOT!! eat nimble bread, so i got hovis best of both, only to discover you cant use it as a healthy extra and its 4.5 syns a slice!!! anyone know of any alternatives that i could trick him with??

I use the hovis wholemeal 400g loaf - it's a good thick slice (albeit slightly smaller) and you can have 2 of these.
My OH is okay with this but can't stand the nimble/WW bread!

to be honnest I use 2 slices of any 400g bread that Tesco has to offer. I even get white when I fancy a bacon sandwich (brown bread and bacon just isn't the same!). Not all of them are on the HEX list, but it doesn't seem to be affecting my losses?!...........not that I am suggesting you break the rules (I'm just a rebel!)
