Bread Pudding!

This is 1 HeB and 4 syns for the WHOLE thing!!!

3 slices weight watchers brown danish bread (1 Heb)
1 onz sultana (4 syns)
5/6 table spoons sweetener
4 eggs
1 muller light toffee yogurt
dash vanilla essence
pinch cinamon

Break bread up into bits and put them into a baking tray or loaf tin. Pour over sultanas.
Mix eggs, sweetener, yogurt and vanilla essence and pour over bread and sultanas. Let it soak for a few minutes.
Sprinkle cinnamon over top
Put in oven for around 25 minutes, at 200 or until browned and set. Be careful the top doesn't burn - you may need to cover it with foil towards the end.
