Hi all, as I'm on green I get two HEbs. I'd like to use them on two slices of a wholemeal loaf (standard size). If they weigh 57g or under can I do this?

It's just that I see a lot of you using WW bread - and I just can't stand the stuff. This got me to thinking that perhaps you can't use ordinary bread?

What's the deal? Any ideas? Thanks in advance, ZXXX

Hi Zoe, as I understand it, it's 57gr of wholemeal bread regardless of the brand so you should be fine :)

You can use any brand of wholemeal bread - a HEb counts as either 2 slices from a 400g loaf or 1 slice from a 800g loaf. Just make sure it's wholemeal - my OH often comes back with something else!
