Before i started SW i tried to cut out as much bread as i possibly could but this week (my 2nd week) iv re-found french toast. So everyday this week iv had 2x nimble made into french bread with sweetener and cinnamon and a banana cut up on top. Now today im feeling really bloated and its WI tonight :( do you think im eating too much bread and will if effect my WI???

I dont think your eating too much bread, but make sure your drinking enough water x

In my opinion you're not having too much bread at all.

You are probably bloated because you have just re-introduced bread back into your diet after some time without it. Make sure you're drinking enough water and you should be fine.

The french toast sounds very yummy indeed :drool: xx

As long as its within your HEXes/syns and you're not eating when you're not hungry its not too much. I have 3 slices of toast every day. You might feel a little bit bloated if youre not used to it and youre retaining water but thats nothing to do with your real "weight" weight.
