Hello, just about to start this diet been on Lipotrim for 12 week. Why do u have to take a break every 4 weeks on Total Solutions ???

Exante have to suggest we take a break every 5th week because we are not being monitored by anyone.

I haven't ever taken the 5th week break and I'm still going strong!

Thanks Blue Butterfly, I've been on Lipotrim for 13 weeks and haven't taken a break I am just swooping over to this diet x
