Breakfast ideas please?

    I don't know about anybody else but I struggle with what to eat for breakfast and always end up eating my HEX's - milk with porridge/weetabix/puffed wheat or cheese on wholemeal toast - as breakfast so I'm then limited to having certain recipes as main meals - burger in a bap, pitta bread pizza, etc - as iv already had my HEX's and don't like to waste syns as such! Does anybody have any breakfast ideas that doesn't involve using my HEXs, ideally quick and simple, thanks xx

    Omelettes are good and they're quick to make. I also sometimes have scrambled eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms and baked beans. You could make the little breakfast muffins - essentially an omelette mix with whatever meat/veg you want in there poured into silicone muffin moulds and popped in the oven. They're nice cold too and good for lunches so you can make a little batch in advance and keep them in the fridge.

    Fruit and yogurt here too. Sometimes I crumble an Alpen light onto it, or add a teaspoon of honey.

    Or I have porridge made with water and add a sliced banana. That's using a HEb but leaves me my HEa for the rest of the day.

    I mix it up, one day I'd have omelette with mushrooms and tomatoes, protein porridge another day(6.5 syns for the scoop of MusclePharm combat) or have a s.w friendly vegetarian breakfast

    Simple for me as I don't have breakfast. I never feel hungry first thing and never have. I have brunch at about 11 to 12 o'clock. When I was working I would take in a salad sandwhich or bowl of fruit and veggies.
