Made the breakfast muffins with a twist today and were lovely..... I used bacon mushrooms and eggs but then used my HEB 2 slices of bread and rolled it out thinly and used that to line me baking cases .... Bread went very crisp and it was like a proper quiche so might do this for lunch with some salad.... Just thought I'd share x
