Extra Easy Days Breakfast

I seem to really struggle with breakfast on this diet.. I don't like to use up healthy extras that early on..

i prefer EE, and always end up having a yogurt and some muesli (HEb) in it or cereal with milke (HEa)... i'm not a fan of fruit especially in the mornings...

any ideas for something a bit more interesting??

Morrisons vlf pork sausages, tinned potatoes, baked beans, mushrooms, bacon and egg??
All free on EE and wont use up any of your He's!!!

I usually have...

Scrambled eggs
Turkey Rashers
Tinned tomatioes
2 WW wholemeal toast - HEXB

I have this Saturday & Sunday mornings and I really enjoy it.

During the week I usually have eggs, All Bran or Porridge.

how about making a big fittata type omeletey thing, with potatoes mushrooms ham onions and eggs the night before then have it either cold or warmed up with some beans, this will give a couple of days worth and free on ee
