I am really struggling with ideas for breakfasts.. I started with porridge because I thought this would fill me up and it did! But by day 4 I was really bloated and uncomfortable! So I stopped it.

I'm not a fan of cereal, as it tends to go soggy. I eat my breakfast at work so eating it quick is not always possible if I get stuck on the phone! I'm not a fussy eater honestly!! :p

Just wondering if anyone has any ideas that I could try?

Pot of chopped fruits, mullerlight to pour over and a crispbread on the side (I also like cottage cheese and fromage frias with mine - together or separate!)?

Ryvita or scans topped with cottage cheese and sliced banana?

cold ham with melon chunks?
