Well I have been walking, swimming and very hungry all week and at the end of it i have lost only 3/4 lb. I really was hoping for more:cry:.
Still, I realise its still a loss and have now changed my walking time to mornings before the shake. I,m hoping this will burn more fat
, we shall see on Friday.
Its hard to keep going on this diet and for me I feel I must see better results on Fridays to make it all worthwhile
